And on February 16, 2022 the meetings took place at the Mythos restaurant in Dubai with the following influencers:

The above met with the members of the Greek delegation who traveled to Dubai to participate in the Gulfood exhibition, as well as in the press event organized during the same period. The guests were briefed on the Union’s products in terms of trade and exports and discussed the possibility of a future trade agreement over lunch at the Opso restaurant, while discussions at the Mythos restaurant focused on dishes and recipes that can be used. European rice, but also its use in international cuisines, in order to initiate the process of product demand from suppliers and partners of catering professionals. The menu included Greek recipes that used European rice and highlighted its taste and quality characteristics.
